The Simple 3

In my journey to return to simple, I have uncovered what truly sustains a meaningful, purpose-driven life. I once chased a hectic, doing-centered lifestyle—always striving, always busy—but it only led to chaos, exhaustion, and disconnection.


Now, I anchor my days in simply being—being the wife, mother, friend, and coach God has called me to be. Above all, I embrace my role as His beloved child, sitting at His feet, receiving His peace, and sharing His love with those around me.


Through this shift, I’ve discovered that a thriving life isn’t built on complexity but on simplicity. Prioritizing these three daily habits has provided me with the energy, clarity, and presence needed to fully embrace my life’s mission. These foundational habits help me steward well the body and life entrusted to me, keeping me centered on what truly matters.


The Simple 3

1️⃣ Simple Presence 🕊️
Begin each day by sitting in stillness with God, even if just for five minutes. Morning prayer isn’t just a task—it’s a time to align your heart, quiet your mind, and be filled with His peace before stepping into the day.


2️⃣ Simple Food 🥩
Fuel your body and mind with nutrient-dense foods. Avoid the distractions of processed, artificial, and inflammatory (Standard American Diet) SAD foods. Real food brings real energy, mental clarity, and freedom from cravings. Animal-based foods are my primary fuel.


3️⃣ Simple Sunshine ☀️
Step outside daily—whether for sunshine, movement, fresh air, or simply being present in God’s creation. Walk barefoot, stretch, soak in the sun, or just breathe deeply. Movement and sunshine aren’t just for physical health—they restore the mind and spirit, too.


These three simple practices have transformed my life. They are neither complicated nor time-consuming, yet they align my days with purpose, energy, and peace.
